All morning I have been fighting with my food addiction "dealer." It was like war- you don't know how bad I wanted to order delivery food and chow down! But I made a sensible lunch and enacted my "mindful eating" practices, and I am totally satisfied! Winning against the "dealer" is so rewarding. You HAVE to let yourself win a few battles. Do it. Tell yourself no... I promise this journey only gets easier. But to start the journey, you HAVE to cast your fears aside.
